Walks
Where will my dog be walked?
Unless otherwise agreed your dog will be taken to a local green space with plenty of grass, trees to sniff and enjoy!
Can I specify what time my dog is walked?
Yes - We will always ask for a window of time when you would like your dog to be walked and they will be taken out at some point during that period.
What happens in bad or hot weather?
In wet weather - We get wet! However if your dog doesn't like going out in the rain then your session can be swapped on the day for a pop in service instead! The same for in the summer when the temperature gets too hot to walk safely!
Do you take photos?

Do I have to be home?
No, the majority of our clients are happy for us to hold keys for them which enables us to collect and drop off your dog while you’re not at home. All keys are kept in a secure location and will never be marked with anything other than the name of your dog
What Happens in An Emergency?
In an emergency we will contact you immediately to discuss the situation. If we are unable to contact you and urgent veterinary attention is required we will take your dog to your nominated veterinary practice or alternatively the nearest vet depending on the circumstances.
What Are Your Payment Terms?
For one off walks cash or bank transfer on the day is preferred. For longer term regular bookings payment via BACS in advance on a weekly/monthly basis is required.
Cancellations - At least 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel your walk.
Pop Ins
Can you administer medication?
Yes we are happy to administer medication according to your written instructions.
